    This is the best "dollar scoop" Chinese in Northern Colorado. The service is always quick no matter how packed the restaurant is. If on some rare occasion something is not prepped, they will make it for you fresh. Above all, the employees are sweet as pie and genuinely enjoy their jobs.

    I actually hate Chinese food. But this restaurant has my business for life, their food is outstanding!! I've gone from eating Chinese once a year, if that, to once a week. Highly recommend the coconut shrimp, orange chicken, sesame chicken, and most of all their wontons! I love their food so much I'll eat any of it cold from the fridge it's THAT good and excellent price for the amount of food you get!

    Doesn't matter how full the parking lot is, they move through the line so fast. Great food! I love the black pepper chicken. Wontons are really good as well.

    I LOVE Bamboo Express. All of their food is flavorful, fast, and it always leaves you feeling satisfied. All of the employees are always positive and courteous all of the time, it seems like a good environment. The options are great as well and it is very affordable for those of us on a budget who wish for amazing food like this. Bamboo Express is such a good place to eat and to support. I 100% recommend going here, it is so worth it and is one of my favorite places to eat.

    We just happened upon this spot the other day. At 1.50 a scoop, it was a great deal and the quality of food was great! Thank you for being a little ways off hwy 287. We will be back soon!
